Eastern Agreement
The Transition Agreement is provided by Equity at its sole discretion and, if permitted, shall apply solely for not-for-profit theatre companies operating in theatres of no more than ninety-nine seats in Manhattan. This is a three-year agreement in which the theatre company shall make a transition to the New York City Letter of Agreement at the end of the three-year period.
